Customer Support at Liverpool ONE includes how we talk to our visitors through to the way we present ourselves and ensuring the safety of our customers. So, we are looking for Customer Support professionals with the right attitude and who can deliver great customer service.

The right candidate will portray an overall positive attitude, which in turn you will play a major role in developing customer experience at Liverpool ONE. SIA Door Supervisor qualification or willingness to work towards is essential.

We believe our success is directly related to the quality, commitment and talent of our Team and this is reflected in our rates of pay and team member benefits.

This post will operate on a 12 hour night shift pattern (4 on 4 off shift pattern), seven days a week and will include weekend working.
